CrossWave® / CrossWave® Pet Pro | No Suction

Follow these steps to resolve no/low suction

General Maintenance

  • Cleaning & maintaining your BISSELL® products will solve 90% off common machine issues.
  • The float on your machine may have engaged causing a reduction in suction. This happens when dirty tank is full to prevent moisture from entering machine's motor area. Empty dirty water tank to resolve.
  • Ensure your filter is completely dry in your dirty tank. If machine is used while filter is still wet suction will be impacted.
